  • After we send you an inquiry, how long does it take to get a reply?

  • Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We have a foundry and a processing plant, and we also have our international trade department, where we produce and sell our products.

  • What products can you offer?

    We mainly produce wheelchair motors, brushless DC motors, and geared motors.

  • What are the main application areas of your products?

    Our products cover almost the entire applicable fields of equipment manufacturing and machinery manufacturing and processing industries, mainly including wheelchairs, elderly scooters, ATVs, road gates, water pumps, oil pumps, hardware tools, and other industries.

  • Can you make customized products?

    Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products based on the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Are you producing standard parts?

    Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some standard parts that are mainly used on wheelchairs. We also call them medical machinery accessories, which mainly include wheelchair axle teeth, brakes, cable ties, pins and circlips, screws and nuts, etc.

  • What is your company's production capacity?

    We have 6 assembly motor production lines, including a rotor workshop and metal processing workshop, with an annual production capacity of more than 60,000 motors.

  • How many employees does your company have, and how many of them are technicians?

    The company currently has more than 100 employees, including more than 10 professional technicians and more than 5 engineers.

  • How does your company ensure product quality?

    First of all, we will conduct corresponding inspections after each process. For the final product, we will conduct a 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards;
    Then, we have the most advanced and complete top-notch testing equipment in the industry: spectrum analyzers, metallographic microscopes, universal tensile testing machines, low-temperature impact testing machines, X-ray flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, three-coordinate measuring instruments, Image measuring instrument, etc. The above-mentioned equipment can fully ensure that customers are provided with high-precision final castings, and at the same time ensure that customers' comprehensive testing requirements for physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric dimension testing are met.

  • What are the payment methods?

    When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, whether it is FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance and then pay the balance upon receipt of the bill of lading. Our payment method is mostly T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.

  • How are goods shipped to customers?

    Usually, we ship goods by sea, because we are in Jinhua, close to Ningbo and Shanghai ports, and sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are both very close to us.

  • Where are your goods mainly exported to?

    Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries including the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, and Canada.
